I first meet Baya when she listed and sold my son and daughter-in-laws home. Baya had do such a wonderful job with helping them I didn't think twice about having Baya assist me in the selling of my home.

We first met Bea Vertes in April 2006 through the MLS website. She suggested we view several houses in Dundas, one of which we ultimately bought. She was professional throughout the viewing, negotiating and sales processes.

We purchased our home when we were still resident in the UK, which added an increased level of complexity to the sale and Bea has been a wonderful facilitator in arranging surveys and quotes from tradesmen for us. We had recently moved from Montreal and had met Baya through a referral.
